Definitions

 I mention a lot of terms for things, like OCD for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and give the people in my life nicknames.

Below you'll find a list of terms and nicknames. Some are explained on this page, others link to my personal posts, and more link to outside sources. The last two will be noted as such. If you'd like to know about something else or have a suggestion please feel free to leave a comment.

Nicknames

• Mr Green: My psychiatrist. Nicknamed Mr Green as he is always there (like nature), stable, and supportive.
• Mrs Yellow: My clinical psychologist.  Nicknamed Mrs Yellow because she is bright, cheerful, but calming.
